English-speaking customers are looking for you.
Every day, villa owners, expat builders and property managers on the Spanish coast search in English for a machine they need this week — and most of them never pick up the phone to a Spanish yard. We take that enquiry, check the machine, the dates and the town, and pass it to you in English. You pay only for the leads you accept, with no monthly fee and no exclusivity.
How it works
Three steps, and no platform to babysit
Tell us what you run
Your delivery radius, the machines on your yard, and whether you hire cold or with an operator. Ten minutes on the phone and you are set up.
Enquiries land on your phone
SMS or email with the machine, the dates, the town of the job and the customer’s number — written in English. You take only the ones that suit you.
You call and you close
The quote, the hire contract and the invoice stay entirely yours. We never sit in the middle of the negotiation and we never touch your rates.
The language gap is the whole opportunity
The Spanish coast has hundreds of thousands of foreign residents and second-home owners, and a steady trade of British, Irish, Dutch and Scandinavian builders, landscapers and pool firms working on their properties. When one of them needs a scissor lift for a façade or a mini digger for a pool surround, the first thing they do is search in English — and the second thing they do, very often, is give up, because the yards that come back are Spanish-language only. That job does not disappear. It goes to whoever answers in English, usually at a worse price for the customer and no margin at all for the local hire company.
Enquiries that are already qualified
Anyone who reaches you through Tecnourban has seen an indicative rate for the machine, knows that delivery is charged separately, and has said whether they need an operator. You are not starting the call by explaining why a 16 m platform does not cost the same as an 8 m one. The customer arrives informed, which shortens the call and cuts the number of quotes that go nowhere.
You pay per lead, not for being listed
No joining fee, no monthly subscription, no minimum term. You pay only for the leads you accept — and you see the machine, the town and the dates before you commit. If the job is too far out or your fleet is fully booked, let it go at no cost. That keeps the incentive where it belongs: on sending you work you can actually service.
What we ask of you
A registered company or autónomo, machines with current inspections and paperwork in order, public liability insurance, and a delivery radius declared honestly. We will not send you enquiries outside your reach — a quote that collapses over 80 km of transport wastes everybody’s time. If you can answer in English, say so; if you cannot, say that too, and we will filter accordingly.
